About Our Facility
What is Sonder Mind and Body?
We are a modern wellness club in the heart of Greensboro, NC.
The wellness center includes meditation pods, two private shower rooms for our sensory deprivation flotation tanks, and a fully appointed room for our full spectrum infrared sauna with chromotherapy.
We also rent space to independent health practitioners. We recognize both the benefits of Western medicine and the wisdom of Eastern healing and have built a science-backed ecosystem for wellness.
The Building
We have 4,000 square feet that is split into two areas. Upon entering our center you’'ll be greeted by a refreshing and calming atmosphere.
Walk straight back to our reception desk where you will check in for your service with our knowledgeable wellness attendants. Once checked in, you will be guided into the heart of our wellness center, which many people have described as “otherworldly.”
You are welcome to come in and visit our reception area to buy gift cards or ask us any questions you may have. If we are not fully booked, we always love giving tours of our center.
Parking
There is paid parking lot directly next to Sonder Mind and Body. There is also free parking all along the downtown Greensboro streets (South Elm, MLK Dr.)
Credit Card & Gift Cards
Your credit card is used to hold your appointment time. It will not be charged until after the service. Please let us know if you have a gift card when making a reservation. All of our practitioners are their own business. They accept their own payment for their services; however, if you have a Sonder gift card, we will check you out at reception. Your time and the practitioner’s time are valuable. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy where your card may be charged either 50 % of service or the whole service fee if you fail to give a 24 hour notice.
