Your custom massage appointment can be tailored to your needs. Sonder massage therapists can provide: Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, medical and/or orthopedic massage techniques (depending on the massage therapist). 

Sessions are all-inclusive and customized based on your needs. 

Aromatherapy, hot stones and/or cupping may be incorporated into any session at no additional cost. 

A few of our massage therapists offer prenatal massage.

Extra care is taken with positioning for optimal comfort and safety.

Positioning options include side-lying and/or reclined.
